ABOUT NEW ENGLAND ROPES

New England Rope was founded in 1967 by Dave Aigler and Herb Repass and is a leader in the marine, climbing, arborist, industrial, safety, and theater rope manufacturing. First starting with 3-strand ropes, New England Ropes has expanded its product line over the years to include high tech lines that have superior strength and lower elasticity properties than years past.

The mainstay of the yachting line is the award winning Sta-Set double braids but New England Ropes has a line solution for almost any rigging requirement.

In 2012 New England Rope partnered with RobShip to supply its customers with rope bags, sleeves and protective covers that shield boats from the elements as well as provide convent storage options.
